Arizona Self Help is designed to help determine your and your family’s eligibility for health and human services programs. Data collected in the prescreener is used only for:

• calculating and presenting the pre-screener results, and
• analysing and improving site performance.

We collect the minimum information required to determine program eligibility. No personally identifiable information is collected, stored, or shared with any third party.
