KidsCare - Arizona's Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)

AHCCCS, Arizona's Medicaid program, provides health insurance for eligible children (age 18 or younger) through KidsCare. Children must not be eligible for other AHCCCS programs to be eligible for KidsCare. For children who qualify, there are monthly premiums.

KidsCare monthly premiums are no more than $50 for one child and no more than $70 for two or more children. The monthly premium amount varies depending on your household income.
