Community Health Centers (CHCs) are an accessible network of primary care providers in Arizona. Located in medically underserved areas, they offer a sliding scale fee for services, as well as both private and public insurance, so it is easier to get access to care. They also help individuals determine their eligibility for health coverage or other benefits. See aachc.org/find-a-community-health-centerfor more information or to locate a Community Health Center near you.
