Arizona Rx Card

The Arizona Rx Card is a free statewide program designed to help uninsured and underinsured residents afford their prescriptions. The Arizona Rx Card is a Discount Prescription Card that is:

• Free to all residents with no restrictions. No personal information is required to get a card (no enrollment forms or eligibility requirements)
• Available for discounts on both brand-name and generic medications
• Accepted at almost all pharmacies, including most major chains
Useable for both individuals without prescription insurance or for medications not covered by insurance
